My family and I have been coming to this doctor for years but in the last few years the quality of their staff has significantly declined. The doctor and the nursing staff take over 48 hours to respond to messages in their portal. Now that we get our test results in the portal, the doctor doesn't even follow up to walk through the results with us, I guess they just assume we can understand the results on our own.
