They do a great, thorough job and make my teeth feel great!
Unfortunately writing a review to help others not fall into the same fate as mine. I had multiple uncomfortable and poorly executed dental procedures before calling it quits with Dr Taylor. Due to these mistakes, I have been experiencing tooth pain for months when I previously had none. And I now have to get my first root canal to end the pain. Dr Taylor is friendly and the puppy is sweet but I will not be recommending this office.
Great dentist and kind man who is very knowledgeable, but the new receptionist is extremely disrespectful and does not seem to know how to deal with customers. I got called into work the day of and was planning on discussing how cancelations work since it overlapped with my shift, but I was met with an extremely angry lady on the phone who was not interested in listening to my questions, rather yelling over me and making rude remarks despite my lack of overall knowledge on the situation at hand since I had never dealt with a... read more
