They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
