I have a been having a few issues and I’m literally the worst patient ever. Extreme anxiety whenever a doctor gets near me with anything metal. This man is amazing. I was wide awake and because of his excellent bedside manner I was able to be calm enough for him to do a nasal scope. This is like a miracle for me.. Was at the appt. on time but could not log on to finish the paperwork, no one would answer the phone. When we finally go thru they told us we need to reschedule for an hour later. The Appointment was for my sons clearing his throat often, $700 in charges for 30 min. He used a camera to look up his nose. We have used Dr. Kaplan in the past and loved him but unfortunately he is too expensive now. He is a Tier 1 doctor for us with a major insurance.
I took my son 23 months old for his nose bleeding concern . He was seen by Dr. Kaplan. There is no toddler who will stay still if he is touched anywhere in his face. But this doctor is getting frustrated coz my son didn't like to be touch.. As a doctor he should show more patience should know how to handle the baby patients . I have been here before and never had any issues. Staffs were great the lady doctors was great. But with Dr Kaplan was a very very very pathetic experience. Will never recommend this person for babies.
