Waiting time to see the doctor was much longer than expected. 45 minutes. I believe that if we are required to get to the appointment on time, we should also be seen on time.
I don’t think you should be holding “staff meetings” when you have patients lining up in the waiting room.
Get organized and stop gaslighting patients that it's their issue.
Yo soy paciente de bay care y he tenido control con otros especialistas de este sistema y no he tenido ningún tipo de problema. Pero, esta oficina en especial es caótica y tiene una pésima atención he estado en emergencias producto de un calculo y me ha dado cita para 3meses y aun sintiendo dolor y mal no logré alguna cita antes de la prevista. El personal de esta oficina es grosera y no tienen nada de empata. Te recomiendo que busques otro lugar ¡NO VENGAS AQUI!
