Please be advised Mr. McCook is a half decent plumber, his work wasn't the problem. The work ethic is another story altogether. He claimed that the water heater that we purchased was defective and insisted we purchase another. he kept the water for himself and then tried to return an entirely different one to Lowes. after being tossed out of the store he passed the cost off onto me. He also installed parts I did not ask for and then charged me double because he claimed he had to install it more than once. It was the perfect ... read more
This is the kindest man ( Mr. Randy McCook) I have ever met, he just left our home on Sunday morning after fixing our pipe so we can have water. We haven’t had water in 2 weeks. I told him what was wrong and he immediately came over and fixed it in no time and it was complicated. We HIGHLY recommend him. His professionalism, courtesy and pricing are all impeccable!
