One definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Our mistake was to think that Kennelwood Pet Resorts would improve. Unfortunately, we have boarded our cats a half a dozen times at Kennelwood in St. Peters at 418 Church Street only to be disappointed time and time again. The staff advises us to bring along a familar item(s) from home (ie. blanket, toy) and label all items for our cats with their names. Kennelwood Village is the last place I would take my dogs. Their kennels are small, their staff is inattentive. I have boarded my dogs there previously, one came home with kennel cough, the other with a bladder infection from not being taken out regularly. They charge extra if you bring your dog's regular food, extra for any supplements or medications your dog requires.
