Kennelwood just abruptly closed our O'Fallon (IL) location, the only one being up in Maryville. It was si convenient, and had a very loyal clientele. It served all of the Belleville. Fairview Heights, O'Fallon communities. Maryville is totally and utterly out of the way, including being in a different county. The young women and men who ran our Kennelwood were outstanding, professional, courteous, and friendly. They knew every dog by name, and treated each one as the best dog in the world. I’m sad that this location is closing! We’ve been bringing our dog here since he was 10 weeks old. He’ll be 6 this year. All of the people there are amazing! They really get this Shiba’s temperament. He loves going!!! Cheyenne, you rock! Thank you for always taking care of Ranger. He’ll miss you!

Great staff and happy dog! Stinks that Kennelwood is closing this location! The staff are great and always busy, don’t understand why you can’t find another location in this area if rent is too much. I won’t be driving to Maryville.
