Big chaos at checkin. Waited at least 15 min to get her in for grooming. Been going for years. Used to be within walking in. No phone call when she was ready to be picked up. Friends with the groomer and she told me she was ready at Noon. I called at 2:45pm asking about her. When I went in to get her and checked out I mentioned and no recognition or apology. The staff is wonderful I am so impressed that they remember my dog’s name as soon as we walk in the door they also give him a farewell pet when we leave
Everything was great!
We have had our dogs groomed there for many years. They do a great job. Sue was our groomer for all those years and hope she enjoys her retirement
