Friendly staff at South location Clean facility . Our first experience with boarding. Was Happy they offer a free sleep over orientation. Caring attitude towards my fur baby and updated about the stay.
Everyone was very friendly and thorough. Amanda did a great job on my Maltese and went over everything with me before she groomed him.
Kudo's to Kennelwood South location! They were able to board my dog for several days on very, very short notice. They took wonderful care of her. She looked very happy in all of her daily texted 'check-in' pictures and always seemed at ease whenever I checked the webcam in her kennel (which was often because I missed her so much). We will board here again.
My BFF Lucy always has a good time while visiting and getting groomed.
