The staff was great with the dogs, our fearful rescue dogs were given their space and not forced to have playtime with other dogs. A few misses. We got camera villas to checkin on our pups. We did not know or realize that cameras went offline each night. We reached out to kennelwood on a seperate issue and was asked to leave a message and they would call back. They never called back. Very impressed with facility. Very clean welcoming. Staff warm and welcoming to both me and my dog. Just renewed our shed-X membership and continue to visit every 5 weeks!
I take my dog to the air for grooming in appreciate how attentive they are to my wishes. Incredibly kind staff. Beautiful facility. Five stars all the way around.
I am giving 5 stars because of one of the employees Nancy. My dog has been going there a long time. She recently has had some health issues and I was concerned about leaving her there for a long period of time while grooming. I went there and asked the lady at the front if they could get my pet in and out quickly. She told me their standard policy. I was prepared to go elsewhere. Later that day Nancy called me and expressed that they could in fact get my dog in and out quickly because of her health issues. Took her in today ... read more
