I remember this lady, the first time I was there, was to fix a leaky toilet. So I walk in the door and the first question was ,how much will this cost? I told her I didn't know until I looked at it. So I see that it is leaking around the base of the toilet, I go to pull the toilet, and find out someone had tap-conned the flange and the toilet to the concrete floor.The heads rounded off so they had to be carefully cut with a hacksaw blade.
