If I could rate this office 0 stars I would. It is an absolute waste of time trying to talk to the front desk lady. I scheduled my appointment over the phone, I received a text and email 2 days before the appointment stating my appointment time is 1:30pm. I showed up at 1:10, and she stood in the back for 10 minutes. By the time she came back she said I was late for my appointment and I need to be there at 1pm for paperwork. The doctors here are nice but don’t get me started with the front desk. There’s is one person that is flat out unprofessional and rude. She told me her name “Mandy” but I doubt that’s her name because nobody as bad at her job would tell someone her real name. She just starts out the conversation with a rude tone like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The guy at the front desk is very helpful I’ve noticed. Great Doctor. He listens to my pains and illness and very respectful.
Doctor David Kennel has been my doctor for over 25 years. He's been my son's doctor since he was born ( 23 years ago) He's a great family doctor. Spot on diagnosis. I would NEVERl leave him. I'm going to be really sad when he decides to retire. I wouldn't want anyone else.
