The worst service and management I've seen in a resturant in a very long time. We arrived around 6pm with our family for our daughter's birthday. The restaurant wasn't very busy but the service was very bad! We sat down before another table of 5. But they received their food before anyone came to out table at all. There is no excuse for the fact that you were waiting on your food and drinks for so long and the situation was handled very poorly by the manager on duty. We have made sure to address this issue as a management team and make sure it does not happen again.
GET RID OF THE SMELLY CANDALS ALREADY. God the stench plus crab legs & beer is enough to turn my stomach from a mile away. Major major rookie restaurant fail.
