This woman is Racist. Along with the judges in Payne County Jail. They call Sarah J Kennedy a public pretender. Not a public defender. She was supposed to "represent" me. She got appointed to me a month before my court date. Never seen her till I got to the courtroom. She already had a guilty plea drafted for me and the form said my highest level of education is grade 12. If she ever met me she'll know that I'm a junior in University.
