My name is Maryanne Binkowski.I had to make a trip to Jefferson Cherry Hill Emergency Room on Sat March 8 2025. I was handled in the best professional manner from the front to the back. I was there from 8:15 pm to 2:15 but I had internal bleeding and Sat is hard for an emergency room. "Doctor" Melanie Angelo saw my husband for 5 minutes for severe mouth pain with no tests/imaging. She also wrote a script without filling in her name, license number/ DEA #. So the pharmacy could not fill the medicine. What "doctor" does that? A careless one
My son was in crisis a couple of times and his school would bring him there. The nurses and techs have been very helpful despite his aggression. They also made us stay at the meditation room if our son was being aggressive to us to ensure safety. We are at awe with the kindness and love the nurses show especially Nurse Terez who went above and beyond for our family. The Oaks Crisis counselors were very empathic and listened to us. I came to the ER a week after following all of the discharge instructions I was given. The only symptom that they listened to was chest pains. They did not listen to anything else. I was crying this morning and told them that my anxiety was high because of these physical issues I am dealing with. They ran the same tests as the week before.
