Don't waste your time or money with this Clown. Complete waste of time and money. Dale added to our stress by ghosting us. We paid Dale $3200 and that was it. Zero accomplished is over a year. He refuses to send an invoice detailing the work performed to date, and our issue we hired him for is not resolved. He's worse than the IRS. RUN FROM DALE KENNEDY!!!!
RUN! Dale does not communicate after the check clears the bank! To the point of us having to threaten certified letter notification before going to the AG in effort to compel him to communicate with us. My wife & I didn't appreciate having to do that, especially after handing over $3500. I thought he was actually working for us, but as it turns out he just didn't have the skills to handle our situation. He'll email you a date and time he's going to call, then never does.
