Really proud of my progress lately 🙌 Huge thanks to coaches Caleb and Mike for the support! Just got back from a long, demanding work trip, and for the first time it felt easier—more energy, more strength. After major surgery in November and being out until February, I’m grateful my body bounced back so well. I know the coaching had a lot to do with this! Excited to keep pushing toward new goals 💪

Caleb and Mike are amazing trainers. I have been training with them now for almost 3 years. After going through breast cancer seven years ago and then unexpected spinal surgery in 2021. I started with Caleb when I was in my fifties and wanted to accelerate my tennis game (beat those 18 year olds!)
