If I could rate this place a minus 2 I would. A 1 is too good for them. They were recommended by Ellis Hospital after an emergency room visit. The first appointment I sat in the doctor's chair, not the waiting room, but the examining room for over 45 minutes before the doctor came in. OK things happen. They got grace that time. They scheduled a followup appointment for me. It was today at 11:00. I work over an hour away. I drove all the way out there to be told the doctor wasn't in and

Diagnosed with an infection of my upper lid and given a ointment. Dr. Kennedy told me if I did not feel relief to call him back to prescribe me an oral antibiotic. Upon calling the office I was repeatedly put on hold for 10-15 mins. at a time. And in between the line rings busy. Took an hour to get through. A person finally answers and tells me she put my chart on the DRs. desk 2 days ago "I did my job" she claimed. I was shocked at that. Extremely poorly run and unprofessional office.

Office too busy, waiting room always full. Wait time very long. Takes hours to get through by phone always busy. Does staff put it on hold? Doctor rushed.. Hubby had "normal" annual exam, 2 months later serious vision problems. Tried calling, phone always busy. Made appointment with another doctor. Hubby has maccular degeneration in both eyes, one wet and quite bad Hard to believe it wasn't there during the exam. Changed doctors.
