I brought my cat to be put down here. 10/10 they were very respectful and kind and gave us the time and space to say our goodbyes.. Now I go here to buy my other cat his dietary food and they are always kind and welcoming!

I usually come to Kennedy Road Vet Hospital for my vet and groomers appointments with my dog, but this recent visit on Jan 21 2026 was a completely ridiculous & terrible experience. I booked for a grooming appointment that states my dog will have a bath, ears cleaned, anal clean, nails cut, etc. My dog has anxiety so I made sure to give her pills that were also prescribed to her here at Kennedy Road Vet Hospital prior to coming in and also packed an extra pill with some food if needed as she would be staying a couple hours d... read more
I usually ask for Dr. Kwok and didn’t expect him to be available today, so I was genuinely surprised — and incredibly grateful — that he was there to help us through this. Dr. Kwok, along with the rest of the team, showed so much compassion, empathy, and patience during such a heartbreaking time.
