Dr. Eric Kwok is a thoughtful, empathetic, and communicative veterinarian, and his team reflects that same warmth in every interaction. I recently relocated from overseas with my cat, who was already in an advanced stage of kidney disease, and I am grateful to have found the right vet at such a critical time. Booked a grooming appointment 2 weeks in advance based off the positive reviews. I told them the weight and breed of my dog. Once I arrived to my appointment, the groomer said he does not like doing big dogs and will need to wrestle him. I then had no choice but to leave as I did not trust to leave my dog. If you simply can not groom large dogs, then say that when booking the appointment and save people from wasting their time.
