I was referred to this attorney through my Employee Assistance Program. She initially answered my call and said she would call me back after her meeting. Hours went by with no follow-up, so I sent a text. She replied saying she was still in a meeting and would circle back — but I never heard back. I understand attorneys are busy, but basic communication and follow-through are critical, especially when someone is reaching out for legal help.
