Best company I’ve ever worked with in terms of dumpster rentals. Great price and terms on their products and customer service experience was hands down the best. They’ve gone above and beyond getting me a dumpster well in advance from the initial date it was due to arrive.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will not answer their phones when you have issues (there will be a lot) They never keep a steady schedule and often times just skip you all together. Go with another company and save yourself the problems
They have my personal cell phone number listed on their credit card statements. I have tried calling, emailing, filling out a form on their website, etc and no one will get back to me. I get 10+ calls a week asking what the charge is for.
TERRIBLE THey never called or sent me a final bill I canceled them after they said they had computer issues and couldn’t pick up my Porta for weeks never sent me a final Bill or called then it just popped up on my credit report from a collection agency that never called either!! Will never ever use them. They went by bolles company in Chattanooga
