I called the mobile number at Kennedys and a wonderful plumber talked me through it (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) sent a screen shot of what to look for, names to refer to - all while he was away with his family!! Absolutely amazing! Fixed the problem over the phone when tcorp plumbing tried to charge $2,500 for the same thing.
My ensuite basin was draining very slowly and the toilet not flushing properly so I phoned Steve for help. My call was answered promptly and within 2 hours Steve had someone there for me and the blockage was quickly detected and cleared. Upfront costs were explained so no nasty surprises!
