I had this guy replace a sump pump. Within a year, the sump pump got stuck in the off position and my basement flooded. He said that's not his fault. I had another plumber come replace his work and that plumber described the work as "amateur hour". He also charged me *HALF* of what Kennedy charged me. So Kennedy Plumbing can only be described as "lousy work with predatory pricing."

Had an issue with their “repair.” Contacted them three times. Zero responses or replies. I would not do business with them. Beware of poor workmanship and unprofessional management.

Had Kennedy plumbing check on a leak we our kitchen faucet. The technician evaluated and found no issue and said we probably needed to caulk our sink. We paid the service fee since he said nothing was wrong and found no leaks. We had the same issue the following day with our sink, leaking and flooding in our kitchen. I had a different company come out the next day who immediately found the issue. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I scheduled an appointment with this company to repair a backed up sewage line in my basement which was causing wastewater to pool up in my home. I needed emergency assistance and after agreeing to help me, this company canceled on me at the last minute after they chose not to show up. On a Saturday no less, when it’s extremely difficult to find a replacement on such short notice. What a joke. Completely unprofessional. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. Go elsewhere with your money.
