I understand that when a place is moving there are problems, but to call me the day I'm due for my pain meds and tell me at this point they can't fill it is unforgivable. I live with immense chronic pain. Amazing!
Lady at the front desk (didnt get her name unfortunately) was very knowledgeable and very kind. Had my best interests in mind and I felt like she genuinely wanted what was best for me, and they helped me out perfectly.
This place is amazing! They make it so you can pick up all your meds at once. They are all so nice and help in anyway they can and don't make you feel as if you are annoying then. Customer service goes above and beyond.
Making the change to kennedy pharmacy was such a pleasant experience! The whole crew there is such an amazingly kind, caring, knowledgeable group of people. I hope more people make the change. Going to the pharmacy isn’t supposed to feel rude and robotic like does in all the retail pharmacy stores. ( cvs, rite aid,walgreens etc). There’s compassion and empathy that you will not get else where.
Been coming here since before Gus and his family owned the pharmacy. It’s a wonderful place with very nice people.
