Today we a huge let down for my family. We are truly distraught on what transpired at the Kennedy Park Pool today. Let me start by saying that me and my wife reside just two blocks from the pool and have visited with no issue in the past. With the scolding hot weather we unfortunately lost our a/c and were looking for some relief from the summer heat. Rude older white lady questing me about what I was doing after I already established my information with the front desk! She tried to stop myself and my son from swimming and this was our first time trying to attend at this location. I never experience this kind of behavior anywhere else! Sad in 2025 still dealing with racism and racist people just wish I asked for her name 🤦🏾♀️
