Always have had a good experience with this office and Dr Thompson
Dr. Thompson doesn’t have the knowledge to detect cataract in the eye which a 2 year experience optimist can detect without a fancy equipment. Discussing cataract surgery with this doctor is a complete nightmare.

Excellent care, detailed thorough examination
All past reviews about the wait times and inconsiderate customer care are spot on. We”ve had the same experience repeatedly for several years. The last straw was making my elderly mother wait two hours before she got disgusted and rescheduled. Then when she showed up for the rescheduled appointment, they had no record of it and not the least bit of concern for the matter.
