This morning, 10/31 at 8:59am, near the corner of Oberlin rd and Annapolis dr, the employee driving the truck in the attached photo, came inches of running me over. I was working in the road near the curb in an active construction site, wearing a reflective vest. He came speeding up the road and had no intention of slowing down. I had to jump out of the way to avoid being struck. This employee is a liability to the company and almost cost you a lot of money if I was hit.
