This is a family oriented shop. Their work is thorough and fast. I so appreciate the expertise of Tori and “Pops”. Even when a mistake was discovered they operated integrity and fixed it right away. They ensured that I wasn’t stressed out and explained every step of the process.
I found my new and forever mechanic! Kennedy Motors. Greg the owner is a great guy, very honest, knowledgeable, and a skilled mechanic. Which is hard to find these days. I had my car towed in thinking my engine was blown because it locked up and when I checked the oil it was dry. Greg was able to get my car in top shape and back on the road driving smoother than ever. My engine was still good and brakes were good (I thought I needed both replaced). Rip-offs! Do not take your vehicle there! You've been warned! They will say they fixed your car without consulting with you and giving them the ok. And then will charge you thousands of dollars. The miserable chic in there is very rude and unprofessional. When I asked for the owner or manager, she got upset and would not make the call.
The worse car place ever they had my since February 10, February 28, I paid them $2000 they purchased used parts when I asked them to bring my own parts. They told me no they didn't tell me that they was even fixing on the car. They fixed on it and then called me and told me I was ready.I got my car back literally five minutes leaving the lot. It broke down again so I took the car back to them after I took it to another mechanic and they said take it back here it is going on march 10 when I go back Monday to retrieve my car ... read more
Absolutely recommend bringing your vehicle here if you need ANY work, plus they are one of the only shops that would work on my diesel car, they do it all. They are such friendly people, and a small family owned business who is looking for your best interest. Extremely happy with my service!
