I had a phone appointment scheduled for 9:20 AM, with both a text confirmation at booking and a reminder the day before. I logged in and waited for over an hour, but no one attended. I called the front desk to clarify, and the staff member was dismissive, stating the “online program should not have allowed” me to book and suggesting I speak to the doctor about it. Just get an appointment online and wait as you have to wait like you got an walk in appointment. Is been hour i am still waiting for doctor to come and look the employees are just giggling and sending patients without any appointment order Waste of time to come here.
