Dr Sabry is a really good Doctor, very caring and informative and eager to assist patients with all aspects of their care.
This clinic was not serious about diagnosing me. I came here because I wanted a second opinion due to extreme pain and disability. Dr seema asked me to go back to first opinion and dropped me. The neurosurgeon doctor langsang was also playing it lightly. And getting a hold of them on the phone was difficult. I understand they're on kennedy rd which is a very busy place. It wasn't a good experience.
Needed a prescription refill to be sent to the pharmacy & the doctor takes over a week & counting to send it, despite repeated reminders from his own staff. Lazy & negligent doctor, just awful service. Steer clear.
This office gets a lot of slack but personally I find them great! They always answer the phone and wait times are quick. Dr. Sabry is my family doctor. She is kind, gentle, empathetic and very organized. She is very thorough and always makes me feel seen and heard.
