they never answer a call. I am trying for 3 days.
It goes to show why they have a low rating. My mom has been calling since this morning to cancel her appointment. They don’t answer she had to call me to ask me to email them. She said she waiting over 30 Mins with two people being in queue.
I went here to start my allergy shots today. The nurse almost sent me to the hospital with a near miss anaphylactic shock. She was about to administer me 10 times the dose that was instructed on the paper. My sister who is a nurse accompanied me and she had to stop the nurse and correcr her. After much convincing she finally administered the correct dose. During all of that the nurse was rude and displayed attitude at the correction. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate authorities.

Worst service ever. They will not send you any reminder calls for your appointment and then become extremely rude if you do not show up. On the day of my appointment I tried calling them to confirm my appointment and no one picked up. The next morning I get a call from one of the workers from this centre, probably a receptionist being so rude to me and threatening me that she will send my file back to my family doctor. She never apologized.
