Delivering a package here was fine. There’s ground level parking, but no visible dial pad to call concierge to open the door. I guess ya gotta wait until someone sees you standing there. Then check in on the list.
Do not buy or rent from apartment 11f. The owner moti atal refused to replace the 10 year old a/c. He ghosted me after move out and owes me the full deposit. He has done this with several tenants. They paint over the mold to try and cover it up
Beware of the management staff. They are known for harassing the residents. They call the police for everything. Yesterday the building manager called the police because a young guest opened the door for the gym to a resident that did not have her pass card. They made a big deal and harassed her and called the police. There have been many incidents like this. I see people are not documenting and leaving ratings recently like they used to.
