Mi experiencia con la persona que me rentó el apartamento fue excelente. El edificio es muy lindo y los amenities son bellos pero dios que mala experiencia con el management. Cuando me mudé en 2024 había una property manager nueva, muy amable pero un poco perdida ya que estaba recién llegada. No se que pasó que no duró mucho y los que asumieron luego fueron un desastre. Delivering a package here was fine. There’s ground level parking, but no visible dial pad to call concierge to open the door. I guess ya gotta wait until someone sees you standing there. Then check in on the list.
Do not buy or rent from apartment 11f. The owner moti atal refused to replace the 10 year old a/c. He ghosted me after move out and owes me the full deposit. He has done this with several tenants. They paint over the mold to try and cover it up
