After they poured the basement they realized they forgot to pour it so it could accept a brick front. They wanted me to accept it without the brick front, I made them dig it out and they added the footing. Then they messed up my fireplace, we never caught it during the walk thru given that I didn’t own a 30 foot long scope to look up in there. Now it’s going to cost me about $11k to$15k to have ripped out and replaced. Lucky I didn’t burn my house down.
