I give Tom 5 stars. I highly recommend him. He did the job while we went to Myrtle Beach for the week. He is trustworthy, punctual and his work is outstanding. Will definitely use him again for the rest of our floors. See pics below.

Kennedy flooring does an amazing job! Tom came out and gave us a free quote, one that was much lower than another company in the area. We needed our whole downstairs floors refinished and we were worried it would cause such a mess, but Tom did such a good job containing the mess and cleaning up perfectly after the day was over and job was finished. Highly recommended. I'll post some photos of the job later!
