Absolutely terrible service. I drop off my vehicle 20 minutes before my appointment time (for a reoccurring issue they hadn’t fixed while it had been their shop in for the same reason 3 months prior) a service tech in the back muttered “We’ll see if we get to it” despite having set this appointment 3 weeks prior. The tech then argued my appointment was for an earlier time and I had to literally prove my appointment by showing them the email exchange to set the appoint.
