In contrast to the other review I have always found Dr Diep to be conscientious and to consistently follow through with referrals to specialists when I needed them. I have seen her over a few years. She seems a doctor who is concerned and sincere.
Dr Diep is incredibly disorganised, never prepared for your visit and does not make the effort to get the results of tests you've been asked to do.
