Friendly phone scheduler, professional knowledgeable technician, problem solved.
Had technician out at our house today from Kennedy. Electric technician was prompt and on time. Technician was very professional cleaned up everything that that he left any messes and very pleased with the work that was performed. Will continue to use them in the future.
After using Kennedy electric for about 20 years we will no longer be using them. Had one electrician come out for a breaker that was tripping. The electrician was here for over 4 hours and couldn't resolve the issue but yet charged 400 dollars. Called up nuts and volts and they sent out Wesley and Lance who resolved the issue in less than a hour as well as replacing an outlet in my daughter's bedroom. Hope the 400 dollars was worth losing a 20 year customer. Nuts and volts is now our go to electrician.
Technician was on time, informative and worked cleanly. We had a transfer switch and 30 amp outlet installed. Technician went over operating procedure very clearly. I would recommend Kennedy Electric and use them again if needed.
