Superior customer service. Ordered tuned ecm from quadstar, they spent weeks milling about, would not return calls or emails. Had to show up in person to find out what was going on, and then finally cancelled my order. Went to Kennedy diesel and my order was at my house in 4 days
Terrible! The guy was nasty and wouldn't give a refund! They false advertise by saying it's a lift pump which it's not. It's just steady pressure and doesn't prime. That's what a lift pump is suppose to do. False advertising. Seems like this happens all the time he reports he deals with like 15 emails a day that his pumps don't work. Buy an Airdog or a Fass they are legit. This company shouldn't even be in business. He reports he never gives refunds.You can buy a simple lift pump generic for $60 that works better he wants $2... read more
This guy is extremely knowledgeable on GM diesels!! He's a no nonsense no bs guy. Super fast turn around time on ECM work. My LBZ has never been better. For those who give low star ratings....perhaps you dont know the difference between a hammer and a wrench??
