Every interaction with Kennedy *after I paid my down payment* was marked by rudeness from start to finish. I just paid, was met w rudeness yet again, so said I would be reviewing them. Owner(?) said "Go ahead, defamation is a real thing!" That threat, while not surprising given all previous interactions, won't sway me from giving an honest review of the extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism of the entire company.
