The lady that answer the phone in the morning is very rude. I asked to speak with the mechanic and she replied "no, I don't put mechanic on the phone " why would I explain my problem to the receptionist, if she doesn't have deep knowledge of cars. All she going to say bring it in when I come in, I will ultimately be talking to a "mechanic " about the problem. Make it make sense. LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER DUE TO HER CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'll call for a quote for my car waiting for 2 weeks nobody got in touch with me I called back and the guy said they don't work on old cars..... Wow that's strange what's funny why nobody didn't tell me this from the start
