Ordered Flowers and Chocolates on April 10th for delivery on the 14th. Got flowers but no chocolates. Was given a choice by delivery person to deliver chocolates next day or refund me for them. Hopefully I will get credited back for the candy. Don't understand how this can happen with ample time to prepare the order. Business doesn't seem to very customer orientated. Will not be doing business with you in the future!
Not at all satisfied with our order. It was placed through one of those online floral sites. I ordered the largest bouquet option and received a low tier option instead. The flowers were wilted, water was dirty and it really looked like they were picked up at a grocery store then delivered to our home. I called, but customer service is lack luster at best, they don't care, they have your money now. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
