We called during an emergency hoping to purchase prescription cat food but were told it was only available to existing clients. I understand policies, but the receptionist came across as short and dismissive. In a stressful moment, a little empathy would have gone a long way. Experiences like this make it hard to see how the clinic could welcome new clients. We’ll continue care with our own vet.
Called to make an appointment for my dog. She saw I wasn’t on file and I mentioned I had been to another vet before she told me to go there instead of helping me.
My wife called to get our dog in and the girl on the phone when she called couldn’t have been more unfriendly , and rude ! almost like they could care less ! Wouldn’t suggest you bring any animal here!
