Had a surface filling done twice by these people, their providers are very low quality, now the tooth is starting to decay where the filling fell out twice
Receptionists are rude. I like my hygienist, but the front desk needs professionalism.
I called on a Wednesday to see if they could get me in that Friday for an extraction of a broken tooth that was causing me a ton of pain. I asked for Friday because I don’t have anyone to take me there and back home afterwards until Friday. The receptionist forgot to put me on hold and proceeded to talk to another employee about my referral from my dental office and when the other employee asked her “what it was for” she said “an extraction.. and she requested Friday..
