This practice is way too overbooked. I had to cancel a cleaning in January for my children due to them having the flu. The next available appointment was November. It’s unacceptable to have the next available appointment 5 months after their next scheduled cleaning (in July). When we were able to be seen in July (scheduled a year out for routine cleaning) I was informed that my toddler needed fillings/had cavities in every one of his teeth. They cancelled my appointment that's a month away with no notice. I have a tooth infection and it's dangerous for me. The appointment was already scheduled. Terrible practice.
The doctor was lovely and serenaded me throughout the entire root canal. 10/10 most pleasant dental experience of my life.
Dr. Nick is the best and I always know I’m in the best hands when he works on my teeth! I usually have so much PTSD from going to the dentist because of past experiences but not when Dr Nick works on my teeth! Need more Doctors like Dr Nick.
We've always had a great experience . The staff is very kind and respectful.. we have 6 kids and they have accommodated our family.
