I started bringing my cat here about a year ago after moving to the area. I found the staff very friendly and informative about my cat's health. Vet is patient and kind to owners and pets alike. I do not understand the mediocre reviews other folks have left. As far as I am concerned, they are top-line.
Two of my pets were mis-diagnosed. The emphasis is on money from the ads you hear while on hold on the phone to products being pushed at the clinic.

The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease.

15 years Dr. Bronder cared for my yorkie. He sold practice to Karen Walsh and service went down hill. Dr. Walsh says the surgery permission slip we sign gives her "ownership" of our pets to do with as she chooses. Her personal Vet Tech told me I'd never find a vet who will let me hold my pet while being sedated before and after surgery. There are Vets in our area who encourage this. So no, now that Dr. Bronder is gone and having dealt with Dr. Walsh, I wouldn't recommend Kennebec Valley Animal Clinic
