I can say that the customer service, the compassion and knowledge that this bank has is no match for large national banks. I have never had a poor experience in my 7 years of banking with them. I love that I can get ahold of a live person and they are extremely eager to assist with any questions. I will never go back to a national bank!
I do not have enough good things to say about KSB and their Augusta location! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable! The staff always greets you with a smile and will go out of their way to help you. Gary LaPierre and Mark Stebbins are excellent and have helped me with both my personal and business accounts and I cannot imagine myself going anywhere else for my banking needs! You guys make banking easy!
