My lawyer put it best. “These people are not professionals, they are predators”. I was not their first introduction to Apex. As a property owner I was appalled at how Apex blamed the tenant for things that they were hired to address. Only to speak with the tenant (which Apex forbid) and find that Apex was blaming everything on me, the owner. They took zero responsibility for providing even minimal service to anyone. Worst property management company ever! I rented a house through this company and the property manager and owner would not return phone calls or emails and would not fix issues with the home. After my lease was expired and upon moving out of the property, the owner stood me up several times doing the final inspection and when he finally showed he was intoxicated. Despite passing my final inspection, my security deposit was never returned (which was 1K). Finally, after hiring an attorney, my security deposit was returned. Sta... read more

Been trying to get APEX over to where I live for over 6 months now to come and pick up the old Washing Machine that is not working and haul it off. After we put the Washing Machine out on the porch, which their workers was supposed to do, Not us do half the job for their workers. and They never came over last summer to put screens in our windows that need it ! Had an agreement to plow our private 10 home road . Backed out 2nd storm. I personally think they underbid. top it off without much explanation. way to leave people hanging with no emergency access.... Lame... Good luck with your business.......

We literally have to threaten to not pay rent to get things fixed. It took 6 weeks to get our heat fixed and then we were not called or notified when someone from APEX came to fix it and let them self in with neither one of us home. I do not recommend them to any other young professionals. I can't wait to spend the winter calling to get our driveway plowed out.
