I've got news for Guest80885 he certainly wasn't over charged. For unstopping a drain I have been charged 165 and 425 by other companies. I recently had to have my drain unstopped again - those darn roots - and KP arrived at the designated time and the guys were very professional and in and out in no time. Guess what I was charged less than the other two times. I will call KP for all my plumbing, heating and A/C issues. Thank goodness there are still companies like this one in Roanoke.
I didn't employ Kennard Pace, But I was at the park in Roanoke County on Verndale. I was watching the men working and went up the a gentleman name Rickie to ask what they were doing. He stopped and spoke to me and told me they were piping in a water line for a water fountain that was very much need for the beauty of the park. there priciing was very fair and they got the job done! if i wanted it done cheap i would waste my time and do it my self in 2 days
I do not recommend this company!!!! Charges are extremely excessive. Two plumbers from this company spent 45 minutes unclogging a drain and charged $181.25. This charge is far beyond the normal in the business. The date of service is 3/3/2008.
