Unfortunately, my experience at Kenna Kunijo was extremely disappointing. While the salon was very cute and inviting, and my stylist was extremely kind, the services I received were less than ideal. I came in to get my hair and makeup done in preparation to attend a wedding. While I loved what the stylist did to my hair in the salon, it barely lasted 2 hours, and all I was doing was sitting in my hotel room (truly sitting as still as possible to avoid messing anything up). If you’ve been thinking about booking with Diana at Kenna Kunijo… just do it. It was such a luxury experience from start to finish. The salon itself is stunning — super high-end but still really warm and inviting. Diana is amazing. She’s so detail-oriented and really takes her time to make sure your hair looks perfect. My favorite part honestly might be the hair wash — her assistant gave me a hand massage while Diana did the most relaxing head massage ever. Sarah did a fantastic job with my hair. She is so good and also the sweetest, which was just a cherry on top. I was in town from Chicago and a bit anxious going to a random salon. The space is beautiful, everyone is delightful. An absolute joy to work with.
Haircut is ok here.
