Our AC stopped working and turns out it was just a bad capacitor. Had Jim from Kenna come out and we had AC within minutes. I will always use Kenna as they are fair, on time and overall just a pleasure to deal with

My experience was fabulous! Tom really explained all the things he was doing and why. He put a lot of time and effort in it. Plus talk about above and beyound service he even changed out a light switch for me!! Highly recommend them!!

They removed their shoes, kept everything clean - and explained my AC situation and gave me some alternatives. A record of the service call is affixed to my furnace, and the followup was professional and friendly. I highly recommend.
