I purchased a 0 turn mower from John Deere equipment in Washington Ohio and was promised 3 tune ups for free and now they're backing out of it say they never did it before but they already did my first one so the sale staff lies to get the sale at this store they promise an and after you buy you don't get it Stay away from Wauseon Ohio John Deere
I have been looking for a tractor. I explored several brands. John Deere has some issues, but local service, local parts, no brainer. And Renee was awesome. I am very happy with my tractor.
They have been real good to deal with, buying or renting.
My husband and I have worked with this place multiple times, under all of their name changes, and recently re-rented their 3in pond pump. Getting it home and set up hours after renting it we noticed they gave us the 2in hose instead of the 3in. By the time we noticed this mistake they were already closed. They did an amazing job at righting the wrong and allowing us to keep it in extra day, ends up being a day and a half because of the weekend, because we were not able to use it for the time we paid for.
