Great amazing staff always feel welcome always helpful. Always a good time to walk in the doors. There were some good laughs and they’re always very helpful to get you the right parts to make sure you’re out the door with what you need. I highly recommend. I have other stihl dealers close by, but I choose to drive out to this location.

Friendly knowledgeable and respectful people a great place to find small engine parts and a great place to find junk yards that have the parts you're looking for but I strongly suggest avoid the junk yards to buy a new parts from them

Very friendly customer service until I signed on the dotted line. I was promised it would be delivered ready to use as soon as it arrived at the store and they'd give me a loaner until then if I needed it. I called back when she told me to checking on delivery and nobody answered for 2 days. When she did she said it was there since the day before and she didn't know when they'd deliver it. I told her the grass was getting long and I needed it asap. She rushed me off the phone with no loaner offered post sale. It's been 6 day... read more
