I had a chainsaw chain that needed a link replaced, and I took it to them to replace it, and they told me they do not have the equipment to repair chainsaw chains. You would think that if you sell Stihl chainsaws and service them that you would have the tools to repair chainsaw chains.
On two separate occasions the customer service people there have treated myself and my spouse as if it were an annoyance to provide us with advice or assistance. I will be in the market soon for a new mower and this will be the last place I will spend my money.
