Nice pool, very helpful and friendly woman at the front desk upon arrival. Not sure if pool chemistry but even being in the sauna my eyes burned but I've never had that happen in any sauna in Edmonton and I go to almost every day.

Great place for a sweat
I observed a situation where a clerk was speaking loudly to a woman carrying her small dog inside her coat. The woman had mentioned several times that her dog is a support animal, but it seemed the clerk was not receptive to this information. It appeared that the clerk was implying that the woman could not be there in the walking trail, which I found quite disheartening.
